Some of the destinations we love
Mallorca, Spain
Sport climbing heaven with many different crags offering good variety of grades, from 5s to 8s. Famous deep water solo locations, although watch out for jelly fish. Great selection of local wines and cuisine. Options of water sports and beach activities for rest days. Lovely little villages to stay in close to the climbing areas.
Kalymnos, Greece
Epic location with new crags being developed every year. Options for sun or shade. Sport climbing for all grades, including easy multi-pitch options in nearby island. Deep water solo option. Charming locals especially out of the main villages. Very easy to make new climbing friends in the local bar over a few famous mojitos at the climbers’ bar.
Fontainbleu, France
Bouldering mecca. Different sandstone crops in the forest, offering different styles of bouldering, all force you to trust your feet! Family and dog friendly, with easy access for prams. Lovely small villages to stay in with local bakeries (almond croissants a must try!). Stock up on local wines, cheese and saucisson, and you are set.
