It means we design your climbing trip based on when and where you and your group want to go. We provide advice on destinations based on your group’s climbing level, and on climbing seasons. But in the end you decide. It’s your trip!

Ideally yes. At a minimum you will need to have indoor climbing experience for the type of trip you want. For example, for sport climbing trips it is best if you know how to tie a double 8 knot and know how to belay.
If you don’t have any outdoor experience but have climbed indoors we can find you a local guide for the trip, and/or suggest an introduction to outdoor climbing course near you.

A local guide is someone who can take you to the crag, find you the routes that are suitable for you, and can set up top ropes for you. A local guide can make your trip stress free and you can focus on the climbing. But in general a local guide will not teach you climbing techniques or skills.
A coach on the other hand, is someone who can help you improve your climbing performance. He/she will teach you techniques and skills that helps you climb harder grades.

Levels of service indicates how much you want to delegate the organising / booking responsibilities to us. We have 3 levels of service:
Basic: we help you develop your itinerary, and we book your accommodation and transport.
Comfort: basic service plus we book your rest days activities, for example, kayaking trips, wine tasting, etc.
Luxury: comfort service plus you get me, Tania, as a host to join your trip to make sure everything goes to plan (and to be your cheerleader at the crag).

When you join one of our trips, you will get accommodation and airport transport, and also food and drinks at the accommodation. Restaurants etc are extra. Preferably you will have outdoor climbing experience to join our trips as we will not be able to guide you. If you want a guide we can organise one for you for the trip. Overall, you will join the madness that have made us love going on climbing trips.
